- 1 / 5By A Google UserThanks to the unkind inconsiderate ice cream scooper and the so called Manager in charge we left this shop without service. My daughter with Type 1 diabetes wanted ice cream and we wanted equal portions of ice cream were told we could not have equal servings (1 scoop approoximately 1/2 cup) because they could not dish out the same portion to an adult. We left this unkind shop and found a nice home made ice cream shop 2 blocks away. I would not recommend this Ben an Jerry's to anyone. They should not be part of the chain. We frequent many Ben N Jerry's and all other BnJ shops are much kinder and do not mind what size of ice cream a customer wants.July 11, 2016
