  Loved it here. Older motel that has been redone in a fresh mid-century vibe. Beautiful ocean view, super friendly staff, and comfy beds. The food was delish and sitting by the fire pit was a great addition to the evening. Just a short drive to P-town. Good value too!

  The rooms were clean and comfortable. The issue we had was with the manager (October 16, 2016). On this website it states very clearly that, among other amenities, free breakfast is included. When we went to the front desk and inquired about breakfast, we were told that it was not included. After my husband showed the receptionist the website, he called the manager. The manager came out and argued that, even though it states on the website that breakfast is free, he would not honor it because he said this was not the hotel's "official" website. My husband went back and forth with him for several minutes. At that point, my husband told him that, as a business owner himself, sometimes he has to honor what is promised to the customer, even if he, himself, did not make the promise. After that, we turned around to walk away and the manager, in a very sarcastic tone, blurted out, "If it's that important to you, then go have breakfast!" We were taken back by the rude response...The sad part about the whole thing is that it would have cost the hotel nothing to honor what is on the website.

  Beautiful location. We will definitely be going back. Excellent condition and the service was above and beyond. They even had a wedding that weekend. Thank you
